Catherine is a culture specialist and seasoned executive who specialises in navigating the high-stakes friction of complex human dynamics.
Her career spans criminal law, the domestic and family violence sector, and senior leadership roles across state government, Royal Commissions, and federal oversight, where she delivered direct operational leadership and oversaw the practical, on-the-ground implementation of major structural and cultural frameworks.
With a parallel background in disability and human services, Catherine balances high-level systemic expertise with a deeply grounded understanding of frontline reality. Based in Brisbane, she is an AMDRAS accredited mediator who provides a steady, expert leadership presence for organisations and individuals nationwide.
Cristy Dieckmann
Cristy is a specialist in mediation and systemic reform. With more than two decades of experience across law, mediation and policy, she is passionate about helping everyday people navigate complex legal situations in practical and achievable ways.
A Nationally Accredited Mediator, Cristy has a proven track record of facilitating outcomes in high-pressure environments in community and legislative complaints processes.
Cristy has been a key member of teams responsible for major reform projects, including the analysis of workplace equality within the Queensland Police Service. This experience allows her to understand how high-level policy fits into the practical realities of daily workplace interactions.
