Catherine Lamb

Catherine is a specialist in navigating the friction and complexity of human dynamics. With a professional foundation in criminal law and extensive experience in high-level engagement and dispute resolution, she brings a uniquely grounded perspective to every project. Her career is defined by senior leadership roles across national oversight bodies, Royal Commissions, and state government, alongside significant work in the domestic violence and community sectors — both as a legal practitioner and in the not-for-profit space. Catherine is an expert at stabilising workplace culture and managing high-stakes conflict across corporate environments, unions, and diverse teams. She rejects rigid templates in favour of an adaptive, bespoke approach that prioritises safety and dignity for everyone involved. Based in Brisbane, Catherine provides a balanced, professional presence for organisations and private civil matters across Australia.
