Her career spans criminal law, signifcant work in the domestic and family violence sector and executive roles in state government, Royal Commissions, and federal oversight, where she led the practical implementation of complex resolution frameworks.
A parallel background in the disability and human services sectors ensures her approach remains grounded in safety and accessibility. This dual perspective, balancing high-level bureaucracy with community reality, is the foundation of Even Ground.
